Cloud Computing & Cybersecurity AAS Degree – Do you have what it takes?
Lamson’s Associate of Applied Science, Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity is an entry-level program designed for students with little prior IT experience. Designed to teach the necessary skills to prepare graduates to begin an entry-level career in computer network support and administration, this program provides the theory, knowledge, and technical, hands-on training needed to be successful in this growing field.
Under the instruction of a team of industry professionals, students complete a total of 74 semester units through a combination of four General Education courses, as well as specialized courses including Computer Hardware and Troubleshooting, Computer Security Fundamentals, Network Security, and Systems Operations on the Cloud.
Graduates will receive their Associate of Applied Science, Cloud Computing & Cybersecurity degree, and will be prepared to obtain a portfolio of relevant professional certifications upon graduation, including the CompTIA, Cisco CCNA, Linux, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure certifications. Professional certifications such as these demonstrate your knowledge and skill level to prospective employers, thereby increasing your employment opportunities.
